Military Records

The TXGenWeb Rusk County Archives contains extensive lists of servicemen for World War II and lists of pensioners from the Mexican War and the Civil War.
 

The State pages have scans of the originals of the 1835-1836 Muster Rolls of Texas, which include the Battle of San Jacinto and lists of those who fell at the Alamo, Goliad, and San Jacinto. There is also a complete index making it easy to find your soldier and PDF files for easy download and magnification.
