Glenfawn, TexasGlenfawn was probably named by Monte Verdi plantation owner, Julien Sidney Devereux but local legend says it was given its name by the locals after a man named Glen killed a fawn in that area. It's located on FM 1662, south-southeast of Laneville and is now only a cluster of homes, a few churches, and several burial grounds.
